From Monday 4/2/2019, the new application for submitting an electronic declaration for the Land Registry will be available. Please finalize any pending statements , because with the release of the new application it will not be possible to submit them and they will have to be filled in again from the beginning.
The new application:· It is more user friendly.· It is fully compatible with all modern browsers.· It is available exclusively via taxisnet codes .· It provides many ways to determine the location of your property, as well as tracking is now mandatory. · Enables the electronic submission of documents of various types (tiff, jpeg, pdf), as the possibility of sending documents by post is removed.
