We inform you that according to the no. 59/7/28-03-2019 decision of the Board of Directors of NPDD “HELLINIKO KTIMATOLOGIO”, the deadline
for submitting a declaration of ownership, for domestic residents, has been extended until 20.05.2019.
If you did not submit a declaration of ownership to the National Land Registry by the deadline, you can submit a late declaration during the land registration and until the date to be set by decision of the Ministry of Environment and Energy, by completing the D2 – Declaration Form of Law 2308/1995 .
In this case, however, the imposition of a fine is foreseen depending on the type and value of the real estate (TABLE OF FINES).
